Bradley and Associates , Inc. was formed in 1976. We provide a full range of business brokerage services to owners of small and medium sized businesses.
Our primary focus is on those closely held companies that are headquartered or doing business in southern Alabama. However, our contacts, experience and memberships give Bradley and Associates, Inc. both national and international capabilities.
Buyers and sellers of businesses need an efficient marketplace, and Bradley and Associates, Inc.'s provide that marketplace. We are constantly searching for business investment opportunities for our portfolio of local, out-of-state, and international investors. Finding the right business investment opportunity for our clients is extremely important to us. The choices are wide, and selecting the right opportunity is a painstaking process. That is why Bradley and Associates, Inc. has full time, highly experienced and professional business brokers to guide the investor through all stages of the transaction, from selection of investment through the negotiating, financing, and technical aspects of the closing processes. We work with the seller/buyer to establish the value of the business using industry proven evaluation techniques. We provide a Confidential Business Report which provides prospective qualified buyers with information highlighting the businesses' strengths as an investment opportunity.
We prepare a marketing strategy, including advertising which protects the businesses confidentiality. We contact, screen and prequalify potential investors for each specific business.
Finally, we guide the buyer/seller in negotiating and technical closing processes.

It publishes a monthly newsletter to inform all members of the current happenings in the industry.
